Bus from Guangyuan to Jiuzhaigou

Hi, I am looking to get from Xian to JZG on 3rd/4th November. The easiest option seems to be overnight train to Guangyuan then bus in the morning to JZG. I have read previous posts which say there is a direct bus at 6am and 10.10am but they were from a few years back - does it still run in November? A contact in Chengdu advised me to come to Chengdu first then get the bus from there but this would require much longer travel time it seems. I would really appreciate advice on whether the Guangyuan route would work. Thanks in advance for your help.
