About:Chinese Zodiac Compatibility

Hi, I am a girl and my DOB is 20-11-1983. Shall I marry this year?

The first letter of my name is S. Please, will I still single for this year? I HAVE a strong feeling that this year will be the marriage year fir me! I do not KNOW where this feeling comes from! I feel that I see SIGNS for finding my partner this year.However, in the real life it is not working! I do not Know!
Do I get married to a guy that I talked to him once , but we were so different! his DOB is 23-07-1970.
Is there a chance or he is not the one?
