About:Year of the Ox

Is transferring universities for fall 2016 a good idea?

I'm an ox (1997) and I'm in my second year now, but I don't want to remain in the USA any longer. I'm thinking about applying to transfer to a new university this spring semester and attending the new college on fall. This is not something that I just started thinking of. This has been something that has been bothering me for the last three or four years.

Hello Lea, it is fine to do this in 2016. Just act when you have made up your mind. Long hesitation makes no results.
