From the garden, you can walk about 0.6 miles to Pingqi Huayuan Station to take the bus No. 31 to Shangtang Street directly. If taking a taxi, the fare is about CNY12.

From Shangtang Street, you can walk about 320 yards to Liuyuan Road to take the bus No. 44 or 64 to North Bus Station directly.

In the bus station, you can take the direct buses to Zhouzhuang, and the fare is about CNY14.

First of all, I'd like to inform you that Zhouzhuang Water Town is in Kunshan and it requires a whole day for visit. Between the garden and Shantang Street, it is almost 5km. You can take a taxi to reach and it costs no more than CNY15.

After visiting Shantang Street, take subway line 2 to SZ Rail Station. Walk to the nearby North Square Bus Station to take a bus to Zhouzhuang directly.
