Can i post chocolate and one of the decorating ship made by horn/sea shell to China as a gift?

Hi, i whould like to post some chocolate to my supply in China.They have about 60 staff, am i allow to post 60pcs of chocolate to the factory??
Another things is i have a decorating ship made by horn or bone and sea shell. can i post to them for decorating??
