I'll get the bullet train to Shaoxing North Railway Station from Hangzhou

How far is railway station from downtown ?
If I take a taxi , how much does it cost ? how long it takes ?
Are there other means of transport ?

The North Station is 15-18km from the city center. It costs around CNY30 by cab and takes 20-25min. Sometimes, the drivers may overcharge. Except that, the Special Line A between the North Station and the main station are in service from 06:00 to 23:00. BRT line 1 also helps, and it operates from 06:30 to 18:30.
