forgot to collect refund at sky pier

I forgot to collect my Refund Coupon at SkyPier, how can i collect it now? Is there a time limit? Can I collect it later when I get another flight from Hong Kong?Dianna

If you didn’t collect it, you need to contact with your airline or apply for it through H K Civil Aviation Department. There is no time limit, and you cannot collect it later when you get another flight from HK.
