malaysian apply china tourist visa more than half year?

i am malaysian who plan travel to Japan, Korea , China ,i have 90 days free entry in Jpan and Korea,
so i need the entry permit to China.
If i apply it in Korea need the ARC card ,but i dun have,
so can i apply tourist L type more than half year is easier in Japan?

Yuu, if you apply in Japan, I think you can only get a single entry L type which is valid for 3 months. It's almost impossible for you to acquire 6 or 12 months multiple L type in a third country, especially you don't have long-term resident permit there.

cause i go to Korea for 3months after Japan?

Nope, the earliest time you can submit the application is three months before you enter mainland PRC.
