About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

malaysia passpor holder apply china visa without ARC

Hi,
I am malaysia who studied in Hangzhou and graduated in July this year, i left PRC in July 30th, i will go korea to travel untill 2016 Feb, my passport still have the stamp from China ,
1. can i get the tourist L type (30 days) in Korea without ARC card?
2. how long will it take?

after that i will go Mongolia then back to china by west Mongolia border into China Xinjiang,
3. can i apply China entry permit again in Mongolia?
4. how long will it take?

Yuu, no matter you apply from South Korea or Mongolia, the processing time will be four working days. However, as you don't have the ARC card, I doubt whether you can apply from S Korea. You had better confirm this with the embassy there and get an exact answer. It's possible to apply from Mongolia.

do you know any travel agent or company can apply in s korea? because my friend apply by agent in taiwan ,the agent send his passport to hongkong.

Yuu, I am sorry that I didn't know any agent in South Korea. But you might make a call to the CVASC center and see if they can deal with your application.
