What is the best way to travel from HK airport to Holiday Inn express Kowloon east at 23:00pm

You can take the bus E22A to Tseung Kwan O Station, Po Yap Road. Then walk about 100 yards, you will reach the hotel. The bus fare is HKD24, and the duration is about 90 mins. The bus will be operating till 23:50.

If you miss the bus, the night bus N29 is still available to Tseung Kwan O Station, Po Yap Road. The bus fare is HKD24, and the travel time is about 80 mins.
