urgent - need help asap buying tickets for flight arriving 9/18

Hi - my boss is arriving at Shanghai/PVG airport this Friday, 9/18, at 4:10 pm and needs to get to the Park Hyatt Shanghai Hotel at 100 Century Avenue in Shanghai.  I need help figuring out the routes and how to buy tickets.  Can you help with both?  Can we pay with an AMEX card?  Please reply ASAP!Kim - California time - 858/509-4025

From pudong airport to the hotel, you can take metro Line 2 to Lujiazui, No. 6 Exit. The hotel is about 1km way from the exit. Or you take a taxi directly. what rail route are you looking for?
