How can I get from Panzhihua railway St. to Lijiang by bus? Where is bus station in Panzhihua? And I'd like know bus schedule.Thank you.

You would need to go for Panzhihua long distance bus center for the bus first. From the railway station, you can take bus No. 64 to the bus center, the trip would need at least 90min. Based on the online information, there are bus available at 7am, 7:50am, 8:30am, 9am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:50am and 14:00pm. It would be better if you get there early enough to avoid any change of the schedule.
