where can I find harness and clips for safety? can I rent them at the entry?

As far as I know, there is no harness to rent at the entry of the Mt. Huashan. In fact, there is no need to take the harness when you climb the mountain, except for several places like Plank Walk. The harness will be offered for safety if you want to experience the Plank Walk.
