Does Wuhan's Bund look across to the Wuhan business district making a good night walk?

Does the Bund look across the river to the Business District which provides a spectacular view of the bright city lights? Is the view from the Bund similar to Shanghai's Bund that looks across the river to the bright lights of the business district making a perfect spot for an evening stroll? Thank you for your help
