About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I am from the UK, can anyone enlighten me where the best safest bet to apply for the multi visa ?

Well, if you apply from your home country, the chance to get it will be bigger. And the more convincing documents you provide, the bigger the chance to get the multiple-entry type.
