About:Jiuzhai Valley Travel Tips

wondering if it is possible to go from Jiuzhaigou Pengfeng Village to Lanzhou, by train or bus.

Yes, as I know, in JZG Tourist Bus Station near the main entrance of the vally, there is a bus available to Lanzhou at 07:00. The bus fare is CNY237. I suggest you book the bus in advance though your hotel.
