can i visit to yading national park from zhongdian by bus on mid november ?

Hello !I'm from Thailand and I'll traveling to China on November 13th.I have some question..Can I visit to Yading National Park from Zhongdian by regular bus on mid November ?Everything is ok ? ( troubble route, weather or anything else? ) Thank you.

Well, you can take coach from Shangri-la Bus Station, get off at Daocheng first. The bus schedules are 07:00 and 07:30. Then hire a private car to go to the National Park. About the weather, the weather data shows that the average temperature was 30 F. It was cold. You need to bring heavy overcoats, sweaters, pants and gloves.
