About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi I just asking if i can apply tourist visa to shanghai,I've been there before but i am overstay.

For five years it is possible to come back to Shanghai again or can I get tourist L type im just visiting my Canadian boyfriend..

Merlin, how long did you overstay in China? If it's only a few days, you can still apply for the L type. If the time is quite long, I'm afraid your application will be rejected.
