Geri, I am afraid that you might not find gluteen free food here. Perhaps, you might find just a few in the super markets. But I should say that Gluteen free food isn't very popular in China.12

Hey Geri , i Think it Will be difficult to find but I saw a gluten free restaurant for noodles. I'm sure they are Chinese people that are intolerant to gluten too!
