As I know, there are several great malls that sell nice suits with good quality in Shangxia Jiulu Pedestrian Street, such as Heng Bao Plaza and Liwan Plaza. You can go and see.
Liwan Plaza is located at No.9. Dexing Road.
Hengbao Plaza is located at No.133, Baohua Road.
