About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

price of application by post

just checking - if I post my application I have to pay the visa price plus $71.50 plus the express post envelope for each person

Yes, you are right. In addtion to the visa fee itself, you need to $71.5 to the CVASC ofice as the service fee and some postage to the postal service provider.
