Phoenix island Resort Sanya. how's hotel? is it easy go to downtown?

It is a great hotel at the central part of the phoenix island, where you can have a 360 degree of the sea view. It is about 30 mins drive from the airport, and 1.2 miles walking distance from the downtown shore area.
