About:Marriage Registration in China

How long does a Visa take?

I am planning on going to China to marry My Chinese girlfriend, how long will it take for the papers, Visa to be filed so I can bring her back to the USA with me??

Luis, do you mean the entry permit for China or US? If it's the one for PRC, you need to wait for four working days. If you mean the one for US, it takes three or four working days after your girlfriend attends the interview.

it took me 11 months from the day i first sent in the documents to the day she got her chinese passport back with u.s. visa in it. i was on time each time i got new information request. average time to process each document was 30 days.
