Upon landing, you can take airport shuttle bus to get to Main Railway Station. The ticket fare is CNY 15.5 per person. Then take a taxi to get to East Bus Station. The fare is about CNY 15. After that, take direct long-distance bus to Liuyang. The bus schedules are 11:00, 12:00 and 17:30. The ticket fare is nearly CNY 20 per person.1
