is it possible to get M visa in Malaysia?

Hi there, I have Brazilian passsport, and I am living in China since 2011 on a Z type. It will expire on Sept 30th and i want to get a business M type, multiple entries, 12 months, 180 days stay.

According to my knowledge, if you don't have long-term resident permit in Malaysia, your chance is very little. If you were told that you couldn't apply there, then you would get back to Brazil to apply.
