Indian veg food items

Can I carry into Shanghai Cream Biscuits packs, dairy-creamers (packed milk powder), tea / coffee / sugar sachets? Can I carry Indian food items, in the packed conditions, like farsans, potato chips, chiwada?

What are farsans and chiwada made of? If they are home-made food, I suggest you do not take them even they are packed. They might cause problems at the customs. Cream biscuits packs, dairy-creamers, tea, coffee and sugar sachets are ok.
