About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Any one can advise on this?

I lost my singapore passport and now i using a temp travel document. Can i still apply for the business visa?

If the travel document is only valid for a short time, I'm afraid you can't apply with it. Anyway, you can try your luck at the CVASC office.
