About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Pakistani living in Shanghai seeking advice on obtaining permanent residence permit.

I have been living in China since 2003 - I graduated from one of the top universities in China in 2007 - I have working in China since 2008 - I am married to a Chinese Shanghainees girl since 2011 - I have two beautiful kinds who hold Chinese, Shanghai Hu Kou - I can read, write and speak Chinese with absolute fluency.... I wonder if all of this makes me a eligible for permanent residence permit?

Abdul, after you have been married for more than five years, it's possible to apply for the permanent residency. If you have a house on mainland and you can ear big money, the chance is bigger.

Well, I don't yet have a house in China. However, i am earn a decent amount of over 300,000.00 Rmb basic/Per year excluding Medical+Transport + House allowance.... In addition, i also have 25% shares in the company i work for.. Does this amount falls in the high earning category? Please suggest. Thank you!

Yes, you earn a lot. Even though you don't have a house now, it's still possible to get the permanent residency.
