As Danish citizen, can i get VOA for Zhuhai and Shenzhen?

I have a question, can I as Danish Citizen and passport holder obtain a Visa at Port of ZhuHai and ShenZhen? Any experience, as I don't see any full list with countries of VOA applicable countries

As in Denmark the Chinese Embassy have 4 days time of processing an entry permit and my meeting is next week..
