Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to get some directives to apply for a Japanese Visa

Hello, My name is Ojong Ayuk. I am presently in Shaanxi province. I wish to apply for a Japanese entry permit by the mid of December to attend a conferece related to my program of studies. l have already paid a registration fee for the conference which is a lot of money spend already. Please Sir/Madam, l will be very glad if you can give me directives to go about applying for it.Thanks .
