About:China Customs Declaration

Can I bring 3 pounds of Ginseng via Beijing for relatives in HK

I am taking a tour in Beijing so I am entering China first. The Ginseng is dried and has certification.

Jeff, it's fine. Many Chinese people bring Ginseng from US/Canada back to mainland China.
