ticket ordering & delivery to hotel

Question

I would like to book tickets for travel in mid October from Shanghai to Hangzhou and return and then Shanghaito Yichang on the high speeds. After I make the bookings, how long before before I travel would them be delivered to the hotel please? Is there any problem with the hotels holding the express for some time before I check in? Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry.Usually we will arrange the delivery about 4 to 5 days before your hotel checkin date. The express will arrive your hotel about 1 or 2 days in advance. We will contact your hotel in advance for the coming express and usually the reception will keep the express for their clients. Thank you.
