About:Xitang Water Town

Xitang Water Town vs Wuzhen Water Town

Due to time constraint in Hangzhou, I can only visit one of the above water towns.
May I ask which would be a recommended in terms of ease of travelling and value for money, please?

I suggest you go to Wuzhen, for it is better preserved and less commercializing. Wuzhen enjoys a sound reputation.

Besides, Wuzhen is larger than XT, and it has more spots to see. At night, the night view is stunning, and there are performances at night, so Wuzhen is none to the second.
