Birthdate: March 24,1983. Will I find my true love, and stop being so naive!!

My question is a two-parter. I've been working at a part-time job, and I do like it. I want to see what other higher position will I climb too hopefully. Also, I' am beginning to open my heart to love. I want to find that true love that leads to marriage. I am believing this will happen this year, as well as graduating college.
According to my astrology above, will this will happen?
