You can only take the Ding Ding tram bus on HK island, so near the Tung Chung and Tsing Yi Station, you cannot have access to the Ding Ding bus.
By the way, you can take the tram bus at Shau Kei Wan, Happy Valley, Sheung Wan, North Point, Shek Tong Tsui, Causeway Bay and Kennedy Town.
