Take the bus E11 from the airport to Lunard Road, Hennessey Road. Then walk about 50 yards to the hotel. The bus fare is HKD21, and the travel time is about 70 mins.0

Yes, you can take the subway train, but you need to transfer for several times.
Take the Airport Express from the airport to Tsing Yi Station, and then transfer to Tung Chung Line to HK station. Then transfer to Island Line to Wan Chai Station. Take the Exit B2 and walk about 420 yards to the hotel. The fare is CNY73.8 in total, and the travel time is about 60 mins.0
