HELP! Don't understand where my package actually is!

My tracking number is CP321003535CN. It appears as though my package has gone back to the original post office it was sent from? I'm not sure since I don't understand how the tracking works with China Post. Can anyone explain this to me and see if they can determine where my package is?????

Yes, it seems the parcel will be sent back to the sender. The customs does not let it get out of China? Does the parcel contain anything not allowed to exit China? Anyway, you'd better contact the sener to get the refund if it is the case.

It's just umbrellas. This seller has been a nightmare so no telling what he did to package!
