Non-Delivery of parcel from UK going to China

My parcel from UK going to China was last tracked at Xiamen Office of Exchange on 18th July. It has not been delivered to the recipient.

Any way of me finding out what happened to it please? Thanks.

I am due a refund for the item from Chinese Ebay seller who gave me a incomplete address I think.

There is a great possibility your parcel has been stuck in the customs (for duty reasons) or gets lost there. Haven't the customs contacted the recipient? If not, you'd better issue a claim.

Thanks David. I doubt if the recipient would want to contact customs. To take receipt of parcel would mean giving out a refund. As it is, PayPal refunded me instead although it's taken 2 months to convince them that parcel is unlikely to be delivered ever.
