Travel from Taipei to Yilan - Luodong

If I have the week pass, can I travel from Main Taipei to Yilan -Luodong? If not, any recommended transportation fee with economical?

I’m not sure what the week pass is for, but I can tell you the most economical way should be taking the Chu-Kuang Express train from Taipei to Yilan, the fare is NT$168, and the travel time is about 2 hours.
