How could we travel from yongkang to Fuzhou by bus or train? Confirm distance and timing with cost,

If possible confirm me travelling between Fuzhou to jiangsu also?

From Yongkang, there is no train to FZ, but there are buses in service. The distance between this two cities is about 300 miles. In Yongkang West Bus Station, there is a bus available at 11:30. The bus fare is CNY206, and the travel time is about 8 hours.

Besides, Jiangsu refers to a large province which has many cities, do you refer to its capital city Nanjing?
If yes, in FZ South Railway Station, there are four bullet trains available at 11:20, 14:42, 11:42 and 12:14. The travel time is about 8 – 9 hours, and the fare is CNY354.5 for the second class seat, CNY444.5 for the first class seat.
