About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

which kind of visa required for me better, because I want to save time and money?

I am going to Germany by China southern airline and I have also some business meter in China about 12 days .

Since you have business trip, you should apply for a M type. You needn't worry about the cost because Pakistanis are exempted for the handling fee for applying Chinese entry permits.
