Ahmii, Sept. 3rd is public holiday. Sept. 4th isn't. People are on holiday because they spend their Sunday (Sept. 6th) in advance. That's why they have three days holiday (Sept. 3rd, 4th and 5th). And they will get back to work on Sept. 6th.0
