How do i get to Rosedale Hotel Kowloon from airport please?

Upon landing, you can take bus no.E21 at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), get off at Ming Kei College, Cherry Street. The duration is 75 mins. It costs 14 HKD per person.
Then walk northwest around 300 yards.
