Transportation from Huanglong to Chengdu

Hi there, 2 of us are visiting Sichuan from 18-25/10 this year, our planned schedule as following:
18/10: arrive at CD
19/10: take the bus to Jiuzhaigou
20,21/10: visit Jiuzhaigou
22/10: go to HL from Jiuzhaigou, visit HL and come back to Chengdu within the day.
23,24/10: Chengdu - Emei Shan - Chengdu
25/10: Visit Panda Research Center.

I am now having 1 big concern as I have been searching the internet for a while and it is difficult to find an clear guide about how to take a bus from HL to Chengdu. Is there any bus running from HL to Chengdu in the afternoon (maybe around 2 or 3pm)? If not, do we have to go to a nearby place to catch the bus? (taxi or rental car is too expensive for us).
