How would we best get from Shipaiqiao to Baiyun Cable car?

You can take bus no.B16 at the Crossing of East Tianhe Road, get off at Yuntai Garden Terminus. After that, walk north around one mile.
Or you can take a taxi directly. The cab fare is CNY 20 to 30 in the day time.
