I am a Malaysian If I want to apply China Visa, need to bring any document Passport, IC, photocopy.

except this anything else need to be bring it out. Please advice because I want to be apply for multiple entry 1 year validity type.

Did you go to PRC before? If so, you can print out your previous entry records. It's useful.

What you mean PRC? I have entering twice and for this time is 3rd entry and I would like to apply for 1 year multiple entry. Could I give any company letter/doument for proven?

PRC means China. You can give company letter or documents to prove.
