information on address

Am currently trying to shop with Sammy dress but the address they give me was Shenzhen China,I was told by the lady at western union I needed more information on the address before I can send the money,can anyone tell me the exact address I need,and are these clothes quality items?Any help we'd be greatly appreciated.

Tess, I searched Sammy dress on the internet and found that there were many complaints. Many guys said that they didn't receive their items after they paid. If you still want to buy, then please pay via Paypal rather than West Union. If you pay via West Union, your money goes to them directly. If you pay via Paypal, you still have a chance to get back your money if you don't receive your item. Paypal won't transfer your money automatically to them.
