As I know, there are several Hilton Hotels in Shenzhen city, which one do you refer?
If it is the one in Futian District, you can take a direct bus from the airport to Shangri-la Hotel Futian, which is about 0.9 miles from your hotel. The bus fare is HKD170, and the travel time is about 105 mins. Upon arrial, you can just walk to your hotel.
