About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

15/10/15 to 15/11/15 exceed 30 days? What can I do?

My parents holding Malaysia passport. Bought air ticket depart from KL on 15/10/15, return from Xiamen on 15/11/15. is it exceed 30 days?
Any possibility to apply China Visa without the invitation letter from relatives from China since it is only 1 day exceeded? Thanks.

Theresa, you didn't apply for the L type, right? If so, it doesn't matter, the officer will give the stay duration according to the flight tickets you provide. You don't have to submit the invitation letter.
