There is no direct subway or bus that can take you to the destination. You need to transfer.
Take East Rail Line to Hung Hom Station and take West Rail Line to Nam Cheong Station. Then take Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station and transfer to Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland Resort Station, Exit A. The whole way takes around 45 mins. And the ticket fare is 23.1 HKD per person.
